② 焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)機頭(tou)(tou):它的(de)作用是將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)動(dong)力(li)設備(bei)輸出的(de)能量轉換成(cheng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)熱,并(bing)不斷(duan)送(song)進(jin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)資料,一起(qi)機頭(tou)(tou)自身(shen)向(xiang)前移(yi)動(dong),實現焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)。手藝電(dian)(dian)弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)鉗,隨電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條的(de)熔(rong)化,須不斷(duan)手動(dong)向(xiang)下(xia)送(song)進(jin)電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條,并(bing)向(xiang)前移(yi)動(dong)形成(cheng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫。主動(dong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)機有(you)(you)(you)主動(dong)送(song)進(jin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲組織(zhi)(zhi),并(bing)有(you)(you)(you)機頭(tou)(tou)行走組織(zhi)(zhi)使機頭(tou)(tou)向(xiang)前移(yi)動(dong)。常用的(de)有(you)(you)(you)小車式(shi)和(he)懸掛式(shi)機頭(tou)(tou)兩種。電(dian)(dian)阻點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和(he)凸焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)機頭(tou)(tou)是用以(yi)對工件(jian)施加壓力(li)和(he)通電(dian)(dian)。縫焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)還有(you)(you)(you)傳動(dong)組織(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)帶(dai)動(dong)工件(jian)移(yi)動(dong)。對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時需要有(you)(you)(you)靜、動(dong)夾具和(he)夾具夾緊(jin)組織(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)及移(yi)動(dong)夾具焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)設備(bei)和(he)頂鍛組織(zhi)(zhi)。
③ 焊接操控系統:它的(de)作用(yong)是操控整個焊(han)接(jie)進程,包含操控焊(han)接(jie)程序(xu)和焊(han)接(jie)規(gui)范參(can)數(shu)。一般的(de)溝通弧焊(han)機(ji)(ji)沒有操控系統。準確焊(han)機(ji)(ji)用(yong)電子電路(lu)、數(shu)字電路(lu)和微(wei)處理(li)機(ji)(ji)操控。
