旋(xuan)切(qie)(qie)機廠家(jia)認為刀(dao)(dao)片切(qie)(qie)人(ren)木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)時(shi),前(qian)(qian)刀(dao)(dao)面平(ping)行纖維(wei)(wei)方(fang)向壓(ya)縮(suo)木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai),沿(yan)纖維(wei)(wei)方(fang)向產(chan)生剪(jian)切(qie)(qie)應力(li)。當旋(xuan)切(qie)(qie)機刀(dao)(dao)片深(shen)人(ren)木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)一矩距離后(hou),剪(jian)切(qie)(qie)應力(li)超過木(mu)樹順(shun)纖維(wei)(wei)方(fang)向的(de)(de)(de)剪(jian)切(qie)(qie)強(qiang)度極限時(shi),刀(dao)(dao)片前(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)層(ceng)被壓(ya)潰(kui)。壓(ya)潰(kui)的(de)(de)(de)木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)沒(mei)柯(ke)沿(yan)前(qian)(qian)刀(dao)(dao)曲向上(shang)移(yi)動,而是被前(qian)(qian)刀(dao)(dao)面繼續壓(ya)縮(suo)。同(tong)時(shi),應力(li)傳遞(di)到還沒(mei)有破壞的(de)(de)(de)相鄰木(mu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)層(ceng)上(shang)。當這些(xie)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料進(jin)一步受(shou)壓(ya)后(hou),才形(xing)成切(qie)(qie)屑(xie),并(bing)從前(qian)(qian)刀(dao)(dao)面上(shang)排出(chu)。之后(hou),隨著(zhu)刀(dao)(dao)具的(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動,又開始新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)屑(xie)形(xing)成周期(qi)。
使用旋切(qie)機(ji)切(qie)削時,若刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖的(de)(de)高度(du)與工件中(zhong)心線等(deng)高,且(qie)不考慮走(zou)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)運(yun)動,則其(qi)切(qie)削速度(du)方向垂直于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)車刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)桿的(de)(de)底面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)。因基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)是(shi)垂直于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)切(qie)削速度(du)方向的(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖那點的(de)(de)基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),就是(shi)通過刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖且(qie)又平行(xing)(xing)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)車刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)底面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)平面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)。在設計和制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)片時,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)片工作圖(tu)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)標(biao)注(zhu)的(de)(de)基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)就是(shi)上(shang)(shang)述(shu)基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)。而(er)在制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)及刃磨(mo)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)度(du)時,也用上(shang)(shang)述(shu)基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)來測量(liang)整個刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)刃上(shang)(shang)各(ge)點的(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。此時所(suo)測得的(de)(de)主刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)刃上(shang)(shang)各(ge)點的(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),已足(zu)通過刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖并平行(xing)(xing)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)桿底面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)平面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(基(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian))與前(qian)(qian)(qian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)之間的(de)(de)夾角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。此前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為刃磨(mo)前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),又稱標(biao)注(zhu)前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(或靜止前(qian)(qian)(qian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao))。
